About These Terms

These terms apply to your use of wholesaledelhi.com (the "Site") and to every order you place with us, trading as Wholesale Delhi ("we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Who Can Buy

Our products are sold in bulk to resellers, retailers, and businesses. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are buying for resale or business use, and that the details you give us are accurate.

Products & Description

We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors, prints, and packaging may differ slightly from the images because of screen settings and batch variations. Product specifications, including dimensions, are approximate.

Prices, MOQ and GST

Prices are per piece in Indian rupees, and exclude GST.
The minimum order quantity is 6 pieces per item, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Volume discounts apply as shown on the Site or in your cart.
We may change prices, MOQs, or discounts at any time without notice. The price at the time your order is confirmed applies to that order.
A GST invoice is available on request with your GSTIN.

Orders and Availability

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it only after we confirm stock on WhatsApp or by other written message. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example, because an item is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, we suspect fraud, or we can't deliver to your address. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount paid.

Payments

We accept full prepaid orders or a 50% advance for Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders are processed after payment is received. For COD orders, the balance is due on delivery. Payments are processed through UPI or Cash, and we don't store your card details. State any restrictions on COD, such as pincodes or order values.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched and delivered as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Returns, Refinds and Claims

All sales are final once an order is dispatched. Claims for transit damage or missing items are handled as described in our Refund Policy, and a continuous, uncut unboxing video is required.

Reselling

You are responsible for your own customers, listings, pricing, and marketplace compliance, and for how you describe the products to them.
You may use our product photos to promote products you buy from us. Don't use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with your business.
We are not responsible for disputes, returns, or refunds between you and your customers.
We ship only to your own address (the buyer), not directly to your customers. Please share a complete delivery address to avoid failed delivery and extra charges.
Many of our buyers resell on Amazon, Flipkart, Instagram and WhatsApp. Our per-piece wholesale prices are designed to leave room for marketplace commission and your margin.

Changes and Cancellations by You

An order can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse it except as allowed in section 9.

Acceptable Use

Don't use the Site to break any law, place fraudulent orders, misuse our contact channels, interfere with the Site's security or operation, or collect data from it by automated means.

Warranties and Liability

We sell products on an "as is" basis. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost sales, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Events outside our Control

We aren't responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, natural events, strikes, or government action.

Privacy

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version on the Site when you place your order applies to that order.
