Frequently asked questions
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. It is a 30-minute call on Google Meet with no payment and no obligation. After the call you get a short summary of next steps, and you can do the work yourself or hire us.
How is the price decided?
Each service page shows our starting prices. After the free call we send a written scope and a fixed quote, and work starts only when you agree. There are no hidden charges. All prices are + GST.
Is ad spend included in your fee?
No. Ad spend and platform fees (Amazon, Google, Meta, LinkedIn) are paid by you directly to the platform. Our management fee is separate.
Is there a minimum contract?
Amazon Monthly Management has a 3-month minimum, then 30 days notice to cancel. Other services are quoted per project or per month.
Do you guarantee sales?
No. We give guidance and do the work, but we do not promise specific sales numbers. We do promise a clear scope, regular reports and honest advice.
Can I hire you for just one service?
Yes. Pick only what you need, such as listings, a website, ads or creatives, or let us handle everything as one team.
Do you work with sellers outside India?
Yes. We work with sellers in India and abroad. Calls are on Google Meet, and prices in USD are available on request.
How do I pay?
By UPI, bank transfer or PayPal. Depending on the work, payment is either the full amount in advance or in milestones. Your quote will say which.
